Dog the Bounty hunter

Dog and his crew are out in my area...looking for a guy..It's HILARIOUS! They are filming and everything. He got the cops called on him and then got stuck in somebody's yard because of all the rain we've had. They are looking for a guy named Brad Houser. And they are not going to get him either...This is not Hawaii...this is redneck central...I did find out that Leland lives in Huntsville now and runs a bail bond business here...

Y'all have a great weekend!

2. yep

The thing is, they won't catch him. I don't care who they think they are. According to the relatives, they've already been cussed 7 times to Saturday and paint ball guns won't work here. I have no idea what this guy did. He could be a bad guy, but things are different here in Alabama. If they show up at somebody's house and start some crap, they could end up shot.

3. No one should take them seriously

Dad and I both had bad experiences with bounty hunters and repo men at the homestead. Neither group were smart enough to use a GPS system properly.

The TV show was mostly a fake cording to people I know who lived in Hawaii. Especially towards the end everything was staged. They had too many problems when they did not do that. Basically a fraud from the get go.

I am surprised no one took a pot shot at them. If it happened it was probably suppressed.

4. I imagine it was all fake

Down here, if you go on the wrong property, you risk your life. That’s just the way it is. They are filming for their show, so I imagine there’s a lot of posturing. The police were called on them for harassment, but that ended well. The person they are looking for is well connected and has a lot of relatives, so finding him or getting someone to give him up wi be impossible.

Last night they were in a part of Decatur Alabama that you just don’t go to if you’re white and it’s after dark. If they poke around too much, they may get more than they want.

Anyway, it was funny that they had to get a tow and had to pay a lady for ruining her yard.

5. I watch the show occasionally.

I've heard him shout, "We are going to search your house!"

He's looking to get his crew killed. Here in Idaho on the Rez that would be his last words.

I find it entertaining enough.

6. He has not authority on Indian territory

And given his choice of adornment, it could make cultural appropriation a capital crime.

7. Ive watched his show. Its fun

Their tactics make for some entertainment, but in the real world won’t fly. Unless he has the cops with him, yelling we are going to search your house is a challenge to some. And, since he’s a felon, he can’t be a bounty hunter or carry a gun in Alabama. Somebody said he must be listed as a guest bounty hunter, I dunno. He has no authority here.

Anyway, since Leland lives and works here now, I wonder how long it will be before I see him.

8. There's cops with real badges,

and there's bounty hunters with pseudo badges. Oregon is the only state that has a cash only bond paid to the state. No bondsmen or bounty hunters allowed.

I did the thankless job for years, got tired of pulling guns on fugitives and tying them in irons in the truck.

The practice is basically human trafficking of criminals.

9. Yeah, I Watch That Show

Sometimes when I work out. It's definitely entertaining. I wondered if it might be largely staged.

10. My wife and I sat next to him and Leland on an LAX - HNL flight many years ago, they weren't

very friendly.
