2. Nope. Not a one. We even put a little bacon grease on his food and he wouldn't touch it.

I did, however learn one thing he likes. We bought an uncut Prime Rib Roast to cut up into big, thick steaks. Anyways I tossed a little bit of the trimmings onto the floor and it was gone so fast your head would swim.

I almost pulled the trigger over the holiday weekend to try some. I just really cannot get passed the price.

Over $100 for an 8oz filet just makes me cringe.

6. Trust me, It's worth every penny. I paid basically $300 for 4 8oz steaks.

Imagine butter. Butter in your mouth as it dissolves. Now imagine that butter being the most intense beef flavor you've ever had.

No, it is not something you can or even should have regularly, but for a special treat... Words are insufficient.

Now I will tell you that it is so fatty, fatty in a good way, that a small amount is VERY filling and satisfying.

The biggest fear I had was screwing it up cooking it. If cut properly it comes very thin. Like half inch thin. 15-20 seconds sear on high heat cast iron on each side and it's done.

You just can't handle it like any beef you've ever had. The fat marbling begins to render at room temperature, so basically it's thaw in the fridge, and from there straight to the pan. Cook it too long and all the fat runs out.

This is not a grilling steak.

Eating this gives your mouth a chance to experience what sex fells like.
