Alan Grayson's wife and kids on food stamps because he refuses to support them
Rep Alan Grayson's estranged wife & kids on govt assistance as Dem refuses to support them

Barely a week after being named the 17th richest member of Congress, liberal firebrand and Democratic Rep. Alan Grayson is refusing to support his estranged wife and their kids, and his wife has turned to government food stamps to support her family, WFTV 9 Orlando reports.

Grayson’s marriage of 29 years dissolved earlier this year when his wife, Lolita Grayson, filed for divorce. A week later, Rep. Grayson asked a court to annul the marriage on the basis of bigamy.

Mr. Grayson is refusing to support his family because he is claiming that she was never divorced from her first husband and therefore their marriage was never legitimate.

Mrs. Grayson told WFTV 9 Orlando she never thought she would be on food stamps or have her kids on the school lunch, because her husband was “the sole provider,” she said. “I don’t have any money at all. He’s been holding all our money for years and years.”

this news is just in time for the election.

Hillary: 'Don't Let Anybody Tell You' That 'Businesses Create Jobs'
Appearing at a Boston rally for Democrat gubernatorial candidate Martha Coakley on Friday, Hillary Clinton told the crowd gathered at the Park Plaza Hotel not to listen to anybody who says that “businesses create jobs.”

“Don’t let anybody tell you it’s corporations and businesses create jobs,” Clinton said.

“You know that old theory, ‘trickle-down economics,’” she continued. “That has been tried, that has failed. It has failed rather spectacularly.”

“You know, one of the things my husband says when people say ‘Well, what did you bring to Washington,’ he said, ‘Well, I brought arithmetic,’” Clinton said, which elicited loud laughs from the crowd.

Silly me. and here I thought business and jobs were one and the same.
So where do jobs come from?

Liberals only please: Do you believe Conservatives are EVIL?

To understand the workings of American politics, you have to understand this fundamental law: Conservatives think liberals are stupid. Liberals think conservatives are evil. — Charles Krauthammer

Is Charles correct? Is that what Liberals think?
Floating around DU in my mole, I know DU tends to think that way. Same with the few other liberal sites I frequent.
So I am asking you: Are Conservatives evil?

Ferguson Black Eyewitnesses Support Wilson's Account

Ferguson, Mo., police officer Darren Wilson and Michael Brown fought for control of the officer’s gun, and Wilson fatally shot the unarmed teenager after he moved toward the officer as they faced off in the street, according to interviews, news accounts and the full report of the St. Louis County autopsy of Brown’s body.

Because Wilson is white and Brown was black, the case has ignited intense debate over how police interact with African American men. But more than a half-dozen unnamed black witnesses have provided testimony to a St. Louis County grand jury that largely supports Wilson’s account of events of Aug. 9, according to several people familiar with the investigation who spoke with The Washington Post.

What do we learn from this any other stories like it?
1) Rushing to judgement/screaming racism a mere two minutes after an event makes you look foolish.
2) Raw Emotion does not counter real evidence.
3) When a victim is really a criminal thug, it spoils the whole victimization theme.

Its Official: The Canadian Parliment shooter is a MUSLIM.
Pictured: Soldier, 24, shot dead by Muslim convert Michael Zehaf-Bibeau who opened fire on Canadian Parliament in terrifying attack that left capital on lockdown

Witness accounts of a suspect include descriptions of him as short with long hair, overweight, wearing a dark jacket and 'Arabic scarf'

The article is a good read, but You likely know the rest by now. The only new thing is the shooter's ties with the religion of peace.

Mad killer on a shooting spree = most likely a muslim.

Fidel Castro Goes to Hell

After dying, Fidel Castro packs his bags and goes to heaven, and he meets Peter at the gate.

"Name?" Peter asks.

"Fidel Castro." Fidel replies.

"Fidel Castro? The Cuban dictator?" Peter asks, and Fidel nods. Peter continues.

"I'm sorry Fidel; you can't come to heaven. You have to go to hell with Satan."

So Fidel goes to hell, and there's a big party. There's a big welcome sign hanging, and devils are shouting "Viva la revolucion!" When Fidel realizes he left one of his bags in heaven.

"Satan, I left one of my bags in heaven I have to get it." Fidel says.

Satan shakes his head and replies, "No need, I'll send someone to get it."

So two devils go to heaven, and they notice Peter had gone home. They decide to climb the gate of heaven, and two angels spot them.

One angel looks to the other angel. "Fidel's not even an hour in hell, and we already have refugees."

The Washington Post’s election model gives Republicans a 95% chance of winning the Senate.
The Washington Post’s election model gives Republicans a 95% chance of winning the Senate.
The Washington Post's Election Lab -- our statistical model designed to predict outcomes of the various races on the ballot this fall -- is currently showing Republicans with a 95 percent chance of winning the Senate. While most political handicappers suggest Republicans have an edge in the battle for the Senate majority, few would say it is as heavily tilted toward the GOP as Election Lab. And, even other statistical models -- kept by FiveThirtyEight and the New York Times -- project far more caution about the likely outcome in 25 days time. I reached out to John Sides, Ben Highton and Eric McGhee, who put together the model behind Election Lab, for some answers.

Interesting read. Click on the link for more. They do predict a 52/48 advantage for the GOP

Public growing skeptical of Gobal Warming. Earth hasn't warmed in 18 years.
'Where's the global warming?' Expert says public are growing skeptical of climate change
THE PUBLIC are becoming ever more skeptical of climate change as they begin to ask 'where is the global warming we were promised?', a leading scientist has claimed.

He explains that we are now in the midst of a "crisis of credibility" because the global warming - and accompanied 'Doomsday' effects - that we were once warned about has not happened.

Scientists from the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) once predicted a temperature rise of 0.2 degrees per decade - but are now baffled by the fact our planet's temperature has not increased for almost two decades.

Speaking exclusively to, Dr Peiser said: "What has happened is that the public has become more skeptical because they were told we are facing Doomsday, and suddenly they realize ‘Where is the warming that we were promised?’"

"They say we can predict the climate and the reality is that they can’t."

I can only quote 4 paragraphs but this really does say it all. The earth hasn't warmed in 18 years.
GW was never settled science. For all our science we still don't understand the climate.
Global Warming is -and has always been- a hoax.

Ebola is now a fact of life. We will never be free of it.

When it was isolated in Africa, Ebola would kill everyone in a remote village and disappear for a few years.
Now it is out. Ebola has broken free of national borders, it is isolated no more.

There may be no end to this outbreak.

What concerns me is body fluid contact. Airline seats may look dry, but a sweaty palm on an armrest contains oils that do not evaporate with time. common coins are coated in oils generated by human fingers, they harbor all sorts of bacteria.

There are a lot of ways body fluids can spread disease.

We need to shut the borders now and restrict flights from affected nations. This is common sense. Too bad Obama cannot recognize common sense solutions. Americans are going to die, because it is politically incorrect to shut our borders.

Graphic warning. Don't look. Please forgive me for finding this funny.
Apparently the cheerleader was not feeling all that well before the game.
Being tossed up and down may not have been the wisest thing to do.
