"if you like your boots on the ground in Iraq" you got'em

Adding to the ever-growing number of US ground troops in the “no boots on the ground” war in Iraq,'s Jason Ditz notes, Army officials announced yet another significant deployment from the 2nd Brigade Combat Team of the 101st Airborne Division, from which some 400 troops will be sent to Qayara, just south of Mosul.

The idea is that the troops will be part of the logistics effort to prop up the Iraqi military in Nineveh Province, with an eye toward them eventually attacking Mosul, though there is no timeline for when such an offensive will begin, and Pentagon officials have gone on record doubting Iraq’s military is anywhere near ready for such an attack.

Reuters Baffled As Clinton's Lead Over Trump Suddenly Evaporate

All those Hillbucks down the drain.

We're gonna need another polling methodology 'tweak'...

Having seen her poll numbers suddenly explode higher (and Trump's collapse) following Reuters' decision to tweak its polling methodology, it appears we just witnessed 'Peak Hillary' as Reuters reports Clinton's lead over Trump has tumbled back to just 3 points (the poll had a credibility interval of plus or minus 3 percentage points) meaning, as Reuters is forced to admit, that the results suggest the race is roughly even...

Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton's lead over Republican rival Donald Trump narrowed to less than 3 percentage points, according to a Reuters/Ipsos opinion poll released on Friday, down from nearly eight points on Monday.

About 42 percent of likely voters favored Clinton, to Trump's 39 percent, according to the July 31-Aug. 4 online poll of 1,154 likely voters. The poll had a credibility interval of plus or minus 3 percentage points, meaning that the results suggest the race is roughly even. Among registered voters over the same period, Clinton held a lead of five percentage points, down from eight percentage points on Monday, according to the poll.

The United States Government, specifically the US Department of Defense, has been caught supplying 1700 metric tons of brand new, advanced U.S. weapons, to the Jabhat Al Nusra, the Al Qaida terrorist group affiliate inside Syria! The weapons were shipped on a transport vessel by sea, through the port of Aqaba, Jordan to Aleppo, Syria.

1700 tons of American weapons to al-Nusra Kbnd

Al-Nusra Front terrorists during their retreat from the Syrian army, were unable to evacuate the weapons and munitions bunker.

Russian state television on Friday, announced the news, saying a warehouse full of Western and American weaponry consisting of a series of ground and aerial weaponry for various operations, including highly advanced guided missiles to target aircraft, had been discovered.

According to the report, some of the weapons arrived June 21 (early June) including 1,700 tonnes respectively. After accepting delivery of the weapons, many of them made in America, shipments were then made to areas under the control of Al Nusra and ISIS in Syria. Worse still, the United States did this while sitting at the bargaining table with Russia supposedly negotiating peace for Syria!
