President Obama and AG Lynch have a "Terror Truth" Problem

And they need to Hide it Big Time!

It is not accidental that Loretta Lynch was featured on all five major broadcasts for the Sunday news cycle (Topic Orlando Terrorism). You might well remember the last time a key administration official named Susan Rice met with an almost identical Sunday schedule (Topic Benghazi Terrorism).

General Lynch’s Sunday talk visibility is yet another example of the Obama administration’s risk management reference manual, The Obfuscation Playbook.

The difference between Rice’s 2012 appearance and Lynch’s 2016 version is: this time we know the play. We also know exactly what the administration risk is, even IF the media won’t discuss it, and we’ll explain below.

There is a transparent rift within the FBI community; an internal fight within our own systems of legal / investigative governance and the White House. The numerous leaks from within the FBI investigation of Orlando are highlighting the internal war. It takes a cabinet member to try and create the strongest position for the White House.

If you think the FBI is bucking NOW, wait till Hillary's Email Report gets released

Corrected Gravis poll has Trump well out in front of Clinton at national level

The Polls are being skewed, Don't step in the Bullshit )

After an onslaught of highly liberal biased polls against Donald Trump during the past week, it was refreshing to see an only modestly biased poll -- in relative terms -- released on Saturday by Gravis.

In its biased form, the poll shows Trump only 2% behind Hillary Clinton in the head-to-head matchup, far below the ridiculously large Clinton leads of up to 12% that Bloomberg and other leftist media outlets had been oozing of late.

But once we correct for biases in this Gravis poll, Trump is undoubtedly now well out in front of Clinton.

In the poll's demographics, 40% of respondents said they were Democrats compared to just 33% who were Republicans. This 7% Democrat advantage is almost assuredly about 6% above where it should be -- meaning Clinton's narrow 2% lead should likely be upwards of at least a 4% deficit behind Trump.

Five Ways an Innocent American Could End Up on Obama’s Secret Gun Control List

President Obama and top congressional Democrats want to forbid people on the “no-fly” list from buying guns, and they’re pushing the issue again after the terrorist attack in Orlando.

Democrats have had difficulty explaining the proposal, which has issues when it comes to due process:

People don’t know they’re on the list until they’re blocked from flying, and it’s very difficult to get off the list, even if you’re innocent. In addition, the way that people are on the list means they aren’t able to challenge their status.

Nevertheless, they have pushed for the measure, launching a filibuster of a spending bill and even courting Donald Trump’s support.

But there are many ways that an innocent American can end up on the no-fly list, and according to the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), more than a third of the Americans on various secretive government watch lists are innocent or have used outdated information.

Here are five of the ways one could be grounded — and potentially have their right to purchase a gun revoked

1. Posting things the government doesn’t like onto social media.

Tweeting and posting to Facebook could contribute to getting oneself landed on the no-fly list. According to the 2013 document:

Postings on social media sites… should not be discounted merely because of the manner in which it was received.”

As the Huffington Post notes, the document contains language to protect Americans “engaging solely in constitutionally protected activities,” meaning that one can freely express themselves, pending no other suspicions.

2. Someone thinks that you are a terrorist — or maybe just does not like you.

If a fellow American so chooses, that individual can submit names they deem to be suspicious, which the federal government must consider until they can determine the legitimacy of the tipster.

3. The government made a mistake.

The federal government is not perfect, and can often make mistakes. Sometimes, those mistakes have resulted in lawsuits.

In 2004, an FBI agent erroneously marked California resident Rahinah Ibrahim as a potential terrorist, barring him from boarding a plane in the United States. Years later, Ibrahim, a doctoral student at Stanford University, ultimately sued the federal government. But it didn’t stop there.

The Obama administration cited “state secrets privilege,” according to Wired, which served as an attempted coverup of the clerical error. In 2014, she won the case after a judge ruled the federal government violated her due process rights.

4. You have the same name as a potential terrorist.

When an individual is on the no-fly list and their name is rather common, it can result in confusion for an otherwise technology-challenged federal government.

A 2006 report on “60 Minutes” detailed several men named Robert Johnson. Those men faced hurdles in their attempts to travel by air because a Robert Johnson in Toronto, Canada, was convicted of planning the bombings of multiple buildings, including a theater and a Hindu temple, Fox News noted.

5. Traveling the globe.

If an American likes to travel to exotic locations, they too can be placed on the no-fly list. Areas of the planet that are particularly rife with terrorist activities set off red flags, which can complicate one’s good standing in air travel.

While the average American doesn’t travel to terrorist-heavy countries, many immigrants wish to visit family members. In addition, some professions require overseas travel to dangerous parts of the world, such as journalists and government contractors.

Even after one sees a fair trial and is acquitted of any charges, the database of names can still flag Americans and place them on the list, pending any establishment of “suspicion.”

As you can see from the above issues, even well-intentioned ideas can cause serious problems for law-abiding citizens, and for gun owners (or aspirational gun owners), that issue has gotten even closer to home.

New Law Ensures South Carolina Students Will Study the Founding Documents…

Liberal Heads Explode in 3.. 2.. 1..

Gov. Nikki Haley, a Republican, signed a South Carolina House bill into law that implements the study of U.S. founding documents into the state’s public high schools.

The South Carolina Founding Principles Act requires the study of the United States Constitution, the Federalist Papers, and “the structure of the government and the role of separation of powers and the freedoms guaranteed by the Bill of Rights” to be added into statewide social studies programs.

This bill, signed June 1, reinforces South Carolina’s Section 59-29-120 that required all public education students, both in high school and in college, to pass a test after a year-long class on the founding documents and principles.

The Founding Principles Act bolsters the existing law by adding an accountability clause requiring the State Department of Education to report to the House and Senate Education Committees as well as the Public Works Committee every two years. This report will outline how South Carolina educators are teaching the documents in their classrooms.

Muslim Leader Says MBTA’s Response To Prayer Was ‘Understandable’

WORCESTER (CBS) – Local Muslims want the public to know their religion does not condone any violence, and clearly not the horror in Orlando. “This barbaric act has no place in Islam,” said Tahir Ali during a vigil on the steps of Worcester City Hall.

Members of the Islamic Society of Greater Worcester gathered along with other clergy and political leaders for a public service at the end of a difficult week for the Islamic community.

At the MBTA, anti-Muslim graffiti was discovered in a train. In another instance, guards responded with machine guns to a report of a Muslim couple praying on the Orange Line platform in Medford, after a nervous passenger called security.

BULLSHIT BULLSHIT BULLSHIT! Theyre looking for soft Targets. Amiright?

Joint Base Lewis-McChord Closes Fourth Of July Freedom Fest To General Public…

Closing something to the public called "Freedom Fest" is pretty positive proof Islam is winning this war

Joint Base Lewis-McChord is closing its Freedom Fest event July 4 to the general public, the base announced Tuesday.

Officials “opted to conduct a smaller, low-key July 4th event this year,” the release said, which lets them put more resources toward the base’s Aug. 27-28 air show.

Freedom Fest will be open only to active duty military, National Guard, reservists, family members, military retirees, civilian employees of the Department of Defense and their guests.

The celebration runs from noon-11 p.m. July 4 at Cowan and Memorial stadiums on the base. The fireworks show starts at 10 p.m.

Obama deliberately 'dismantling' America's defenses

The people at the very top of America’s vast defense system are endangering the nation’s security.

It’s an astonishing warning from a national security professional who recently worked deep inside the federal government, former Department of Homeland Security officer Philip Haney.

In a radio interview this week, Haney charged that President Obama has not faithfully carried out his duty to guard Americans against terrorism. Haney said he and his colleagues collected a vast amount of information on terrorist networks.

“We’ve done our job,” he told host Alex Jones. “But the administration literally, deliberately and intentionally has refused to acknowledge the existence of this information.”

Haney, author of the smash bestseller “See Something, Say Nothing,” once spearheaded investigations at the National Targeting Center, which provides information in real time to Customs and Border Protection agents making decisions about who to let into the country.

Muslim Privelige killed 49 people in Orlando

The deadliest mass shooting in American history happened because of Islamophobia.

Islamophobia killed 49 people in Orlando. It didn’t kill 49 Muslims. Instead it allowed Omar Mateen, a Muslim terrorist, to kill 49 people in the name of his Islamic ideology and the Islamic State.

Omar, like so many other Muslim killers, could have been stopped. He talked about killing people when he worked at G4S Security, a Federal contractor that provided services to the Department of Homeland Security and the State Department. But, according to one of the co-workers he stalked, a former police officer, his employers refused to do anything about it because he was a Muslim.

The FBI conducted an investigation of Omar Mateen. They put him on a watch list and sent informants. They interviewed him and concluded that his claims of Al Qaeda ties and terrorist threats were reactions to “being marginalized because of his Muslim faith.” Omar told the agents that he said those things because “his co-workers were discriminating against him and teasing him because he was Muslim.”

And they believed him.

Poor Omar wasn’t a potential terrorist. He was just a victim of Islamophobia.

Omar got away with homophobic comments that would have gotten Americans fired because he was Muslim. He weathered an “extensive” FBI investigation because he was Muslim.

Anyone who says that there is no such thing as Muslim Privilege ought to look at Omar Mateen.

There is a direct line between Omar’s Muslim privilege and the Pulse massacre. Omar Mateen’s Muslim privilege protected him from consequences. While the media studiously paints the image of a beleaguered population of American Muslims suffering the stigma of constant suspicion, Omar’s Muslim background actually served as a shield and excused behavior that would have been unacceptable for anyone else. Omar Mateen’s Muslim privilege shielded him until he was actually murdering non-Muslims.
