Mosque Obama set to visit has deep radical ties

Well color me shocked!

The Baltimore mosque President Obama has chosen as the first U.S.-based mosque to visit during his presidency has deep ties to extremist elements, including to the Muslim Brotherhood.

The White House announced on Saturday that Obama will visit the Islamic Society of Baltimore (ISB) on Wednesday. He has visited several mosques overseas as president but has resisted visiting one in the homeland. The purpose of the trip, according to the White House, is to “celebrate the contributions Muslim Americans make to our nation and reaffirm the importance of religious freedom to our way of life.”

In all fairness, ALL Mosques are tied to Radical Islam. They are enemy outposts in our midst

Josh Earnest may have just earned himself a Subpoena

Josh Earnest may have gotten himself in a whole heap of trouble with comments on Hillary email scandal

The oleaginous White House press secretary, Josh Earnest, was trying to dampen down any concern over the news that 22 emails on Hillary Clinton’s server were so sensitive that nothing at all could be released. But instead, he opened a can of worms that will make things worse and could even lead to a subpoena (and no doubt a claim of executive privilege. Boy, I am starting to get a severe case of Watergate déjà vu.).

First, the question and statement, via the Weekly Standard:

A reporter asked, "Can you say with certainty and confidence that Secretary Clinton will not be indicted because of this email scandal?"

"That will be a decision made by the Department of Justice and prosecutors over there," said Earnest. "What I know that some officials over there have said is that she is not a target of the investigation. So that does not seem to be the direction that it's trending. But I'm certainly not going to weigh in on a decision or in that process in any way. That is a decision to be made solely by independent prosecutors but again, based on what we know from the Department of Justice, it does not seem to be headed in that direction.

There are two very big dangers here.

It would be entirely improper for the White House to be in communication with the Justice Department over an ongoing criminal investigation. This would constitute political interference. A congressional committee could well issue a subpoena for Earnest, which would raise the Watergate flag when executive privilege likely would be claimed.

Second, this claim is likely to infuriate the FBI and those DoJ prosecutors with integrity. The normally staid ace reporter Catherine Herridge used the expression “super pissed off” to describe it to Greta Van Susteren. Via Gateway Pundit:

That statement by Josh Earnest has got the back up of our contacts at the FBI and Justice Department for two reasons… They are SUPER PISSED OFF to use a technical term. Number one, Josh Earnest has absolutely no clearance or visibility in the FBI investigation. Number two, they say it really seems part of a troubling pattern from the White House because the president earlier said he did not see any national security implications to the Clinton emails and then we found out he had never been briefed.

Herridge’s series of scoops indicates she has good sources. If she is calling them pissed off, they are livid.

REPORTER: DOJ, FBI “SUPER PISSED OFF” at Obama White House Over Clinton Investigation (Video)

Judge thinks Justice Department delay bodes ill for Hillary Clinton

The Examiner has learned that Judge Andrew Napolitano, retired federal judge and senior legal analyst for Fox News, thinks that the endless delays by the Justice Department (DOJ) bodes ill for Hillary Clinton, former Secretary of State and current candidate for president. Clinton has been the subject of a lengthy FBI investigation into alleged corruption, part of which involves her handling if Benghazi and her possible mishandling of highly sensitive, classified documents and emails,

Judge Napolitano believes the FBI has ample evidence that Clinton broke the law, but someone at the DOJ has successfully avoided taking the next step when it comes to corruption within the Clinton and Obama DOJ and State Department. In spite of the fact that FBI Director James Comey is an Obama appointee, he is known among Democrats and Republicans as fair and honest -- a man of integrity who is not politically motivated.

Comey, says Napolitano, allegedly has more than sufficient evidence to bring criminal charges against Clinton. But he is allegedly being held back from doing so by the DOJ and Attorney General Loretta Lynch.

Further, at least one publication suggested Director Comey is so committed to the ideals of honesty and fairness, and the uniquely American precept of equality and equal justice under the law, that he may resign in protest if the DOJ fails to move on this case. In our system of government, elected representatives and government officials are subjected to the very same laws as the common man or woman. If Comey should discover that the DOJ will fail to do the right thing and rid itself of corruption, he could well resign under protest. Some of Comey's most ardent supporters -- Charles Krauthammer, Roger Stone, as well as Judge Napolitano -- believe that the notion of a protest resignation by Comey is entirely in the realm of possibility, knowing what they know about Comey

Comey is the Incarnation of Elliot Ness, Hillary is in DEEP Doo Doo!

This may Explain "The Bern"

Karl Marx’s ‘Communist Manifesto’ Ranked Among Top Three Assigned College Texts

Karl Marx’s The Communist Manifesto is ranked among the top three most frequently assigned texts at universities and colleges, and Marx is the most assigned economist in college courses.

The data comes from the Open Syllabus Project (OSP), which writes about its system of monitoring books and other materials assigned to college students:

At present, we have around 1.1 million syllabi, drawing predominantly from the past decade of teaching in the US. We think the total number of US, UK, Canadian, and Australian syllabi for the past 15 years is in the range of 80-100 million.

The beta version of OSP’s Syllabus Explorer is publicly available, and the project acknowledges it’s a work in progress, and welcomes the donations of syllabi to its cause from universities and departmental faculty.

Writing at MarketWatch, managing editor Tom Bemis also reviewed the OSP Explorer and begins his column about it with the following trigger warning: “The following blog post includes the use of ironic tone which may be confusing or upsetting to people reading outside their safe zones.”

Bemis, who also observes that the Bible isn’t even on the list of texts, continues:

In case you had any doubts that America’s college campuses are dominated by Godless communists, fresh statistical evidence is at hand.

More than 25 years after the fall of the Berlin Wall, the collapse of the Soviet Union and the onset of market economy practices in China, “The Communist Manifesto” still ranks among the top three most frequently assigned texts at American universities.

The OSP Explorer ranks each text according to a “count,” which is the number of times the text appears in course syllabi, and a teaching score – “a numerical indicator of the frequency with which a particular course is taught,” according to the site.

Somebody needs to tell these Kids that Communism DOESN'T Work, and they end up Oppressing their own People

Official: Some Clinton emails 'too damaging' to release

EXCLUSIVE: The intelligence community has deemed some of Hillary Clinton’s emails “too damaging" to national security to release under any circumstances, according to a U.S. government official close to the ongoing review. A second source, who was not authorized to speak on the record, backed up the finding.

The determination was first reported by Fox News, hours before the State Department formally announced Friday that seven email chains, found in 22 documents, will be withheld “in full” because they, in fact, contain “Top Secret” information.

The State Department, when first contacted by Fox News about withholding such emails Friday morning, did not dispute the reporting – but did not comment in detail. After a version of this report was first published, the Obama administration confirmed to the Associated Press that the seven email chains would be withheld. The department has since confirmed those details publicly.

The decision to withhold the documents in full, and not provide even a partial release with redactions, further undercuts claims by the State Department and the Clinton campaign that none of the intelligence in the emails was classified when it hit Clinton's personal server.

Democrats Nervous As Hillary Clinton Email Scandal Simmers

There are few Democrats willing to openly state that Hillary Clinton’s email scandal makes them nervous that she’ll get indicted in the heat of the general election campaign, but some observers believe it’s an undercurrent of anxiety that explains some of Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) rise, and perhaps Donald Trump’s crossover appeal.

It does give pause to Democrats who are concerned that there may be another shoe to drop down the road,” The Hill quotes University of New Hampshire poli-sci professor Andrew Smith saying. “I think the clock ticks louder every day. I’m sure they’re all incredibly sensitive to it,” said FBI veteran Ron Hosko, who was former assistant director of the Bureau’s criminal investigation division. University of Massachusetts Dartmouth political-science professor Doug Roscoe thought indictment anxiety would be more likely to “sour some folks in the middle,” and damage Clinton by obliging her to defend herself from the scandal, instead of pushing her campaign message...

It seems unlikely that the FBI would conduct such a huge, long-running investigation, involving so many resources, to give Clinton’s operation a clean bill of health, especially given what the public has already seen of her emails. Throwing an aide or two under the bus might protect her from a game-over indictment, but it would look awful to everyone except those hardcore True Believers. It would galvanize Clinton’s opposition, appear deeply suspicious to independent voters, and puncture her claims of management skill.
