Hillary Clinton praised former KKK Member Sen. Robert Byrd

Despite mounting criticism for Donald Trump’s failure to disavow former Ku Klux Klan grand wizard David Duke’s support, Democratic front-runner Hillary Clinton once heaped praise for late Klan leader Sen. Robert Byrd.

Oh that's right, only REPUBLICANS get called out for this Bullshit, never mind

Hillary's Victories Mean Painful Legal Choices for DOJ,WH

Few jobs are as demanding as the U.S. attorney general’s. The AG’s popularity peaks at the swearing-in ceremony and goes downhill from there. It’s not just the hard cases on the docket. It’s that attorneys general have two mandates that sometimes conflict. Do they follow their responsibilities as the nation’s chief law enforcement officer, wherever those responsibilities lead? Or do they act as the president’s top appointee in law enforcement and do his bidding?

AGs do not keep their jobs unless they know which mandate takes priority. They serve at the president’s pleasure.

This bedrock choice between blind justice and political calculation is almost certain to confront Loretta Lynch once the FBI concludes its investigation into Hillary Clinton, her top aides, and the Clinton Foundation.

Her choice just got tougher now that the former secretary of state is sure to win the Democratic nomination. She effectively clinched that prize with an unheard-of 50-point victory over Bernie Sanders in Saturday’s South Carolina primary, on the heels of a solid victory in Nevada last Tuesday. Clinton's victory in the Palmetto State portends big wins all across the South, leaving Sanders with no realistic path to the nomination. After months of enthusiastic “Feel the Bern” rallies, the Democrats are now back where they started. As one prankster, who managed to photo-bomb a Clinton campaign rally, put it on his tee-shirt: “Settle for Hillary.”

Before Democrats officially settle, though, Clinton, Lynch, and Barack Obama have a treacherous bridge to cross.

GITMO Terrorists could be freed on US soil- Thanks to Liberal Lawyers

When President Obama announced last week that he was moving ahead with transferring Guantanamo Bay’s last remaining detainees here, he made it sound as if these terrorists, who include 9/11 conspirators, would never see the light of day, that they would be locked up forever in a super-secure facility, a kind of Gitmo North.

But legal experts say his public-safety guarantees ring hollow. There’s a real chance the worst terrorists on the planet could be freed on American soil.

Once the detainees are transferred from the Cuban prison to the United States, they are automatically entitled to more protections under the Constitution than those detained abroad. These include the right to a lawyer, the right not to incriminate themselves with coerced statements and, most key, the right to petition for a writ of habeas corpus, which orders their release from confinement. They can also request asylum, and if granted, apply for permanent residence here.

GITMO Detainees must never be given US Constitional Rights, EVER. Fight to keep GITMO Open!

Is the National Enquirer preparing a John Edwards-like story on Hillary and Huma?

The National Enquirer, a supermarket tabloid long derided by many for its celebrity gossip, earned enormous respect and credibility with its brave investigative report on John Edwards’s love child. This was a story about a possible vice president of the United States that was whispered about but ignored by many media deemed “respectable” (although to a diminishing degree) and “mainstream,” but ignored by them.

To its great and everlasting credit, the Enquirer devoted considerable time and money to tracking down the story and documenting it. I am among those who take it seriously for its journalism, as a result. Only the Enquirer had the guts and determination to get the story out.

This election cycle, the Enquirer clearly has its favorite candidate in Donald Trump, who is usually pictured with flattering photos, and whose accomplishments are lauded. In contrast, Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio, and Hillary Clinton have received very critical coverage, and their pictures are usually not attractive.
