Boom, One of Kavanaughs accusers referred for Criminal Action

The Senate Judiciary Committee made a criminal referral Saturday for the Rhode Island man who claimed Judge Brett Kavanaugh sexually assaulted his friend on a boat in 1985, asking that he be prosecuted for lying to Congress.

In a letter, Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA) asks Attorney General Jeff Sessions and FBI Director Christopher Wray that the accuser, whose name was redacted, be investigated for “potential violations of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1001 and 1505, for materially false statements made to the Committee as part of its investigation of allegations against Judge Kavanaugh.”

The accuser’s name has been redacted in all Senate documents since this allegation first became public with the release of a transcript from Kavanaugh’s Monday conference call under penalty of felony, in which he cateogorically denied it. Journalists, however, were quickly able to find the social media account referenced along with the allegation.

The account identified itself as “Jeffrey Catalan” and had been used to make calls for President Donald Trump to be overthrown by a military coup and accusations the president had murdered someone in 1983. The account describes its owner as a “Graphic Artist, Artist, photography and writer. Hippie, First Responder, Father and Grandpa” from Tiverton, Rhode Island.

Name Emerges Of Feinstein Staffer Thought To Have Leaked Kavanaugh Allegations, Insider Says

Good Lawd, “She” looks like Podesta

A staff member for Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) is thought to have been responsible for leaking Christie Blasey Ford's allegations against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, according to a Washington insider.

In a tweet, The Federalist's Sean Davis wrote that "according to multiple sources familiar with Judiciary's Kavanaugh investigation, Feinstein staffer Heather Sawyer leaked Ford’s letter to the media in violation of Senate Rule 29(5)."

I hear a bunch of people saying nothing will happen. This is a powder keg. This might blow up on DiFi

DiFi going to be investigated for leaking Ford Letter

Arkansas Republican Sen. Tom Cotton said Dianne Feinstein’s office will be investigated for the leak of Christine Blasey Ford’s letter, a message she explicitly requested be kept confidential.

Speaking Sunday on CBS’ “Face the Nation,” Cotton told host John Dickerson that, not only will Feinstein and her staffers be investigated for the leak of Ford’s confidential letter, but that Ford’s lawyers will also face a Washington, D.C., bar investigation for allegedly not informing her that Senate Judiciary Committee staffers were willing to travel to California to interview her about her allegations against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.

Gotta stop this crap right here

New Accuser: "Disguised Kavanaugh Sodomized Me With A Water Wiggle"

New Accuser: "Disguised Kavanaugh Sodomized Me With A Water Wiggle"
WASHINGTON (World News Bureau) - Attorney Michael Avenatti announced today that he is representing a woman who claims SCOTUS nominee Brett Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her just two years ago.

"My client is willing to testify under oath that Brett Kavanaugh, sporting makeup and wig to make him appear as a young black man, violently sodomized her with a Wham-O Water Wiggle at a private pool party approximately two or three years ago somewhere in Kentucky or Tennessee," Avenatti told reporters Friday morning.

"Because of the attack, this poor woman has developed a hysterical fear of garden hoses and refuses to shower. Brett Kavanaugh must be held accountable."
Senator Diane Feinstein (RTRD- Ca) called the accusation "the smoking gun we've been waiting for," and called for Kavanaugh's immediate arrest.
More as this story develops.

Report: Flake wasnt pressured, he masterminded the Kavanaugh delay

If true this Guy must be Censured

The “Flake-led rebellion” had “been building for nearly two weeks”

According to a report published by Politico, Senator Jeff Flake (R-AZ) chose to appear pressured when, in fact, he masterminded the latest Kavanaugh delay. His subsequent media statements about his motivations and his media appearances in light of this report suggest Flake’s true motivations are far less pure than he would have us believe.

Flake’s focus on optics, on his raw ambition (for 2020?), and on the kind of “swamp creature” political maneuvering surrounding this planned reversal paints for the American people a hideous and disturbing portrait of the Arizona senator.

On Friday, Flake told the Atlantic that he insisted on the seventh FBI investigation into Judge Brett Kavanaugh because he was trying to save two institutions, the Senate and the Supreme Court. During this interview, he also explained that he was deeply moved by Chris Coons’ pleas and decided that it was up to him, Jeff Flake, to “bring a little unity,” to stop our country “coming apart on this.” A move that apparently brought Coons near tears.

To follow up on his preening media tour, Flake showed up on 60 Minutes with Coons in tow. CBS is revealing parts of this interview leading up to its Sunday night airing.

Bert (Flake) and Ernie (Coons) together again

Senators Jeff Flake and Chris Coons appeared Saturday together at New York City’s Global Citizens Festival, a concert held every year in Central Park during the United Nations General Assembly.

On Friday, both senators completed a behind-closed-doors conversation that ended up with Flake changing direction on his previously stated support for President Trump’s SCOTUS pick and the added condition of a week-long FBI investigation into sexual assault allegations against Judge Brett Kavanaugh.

“Hi, global citizen. I’m Chris Coons, a Democrat from Delaware,” Coons said.

“And I’m Jeff Flake, a Republican from Arizona,” Flake added.

Coons then lauded their “personal relationship” that made the “compromise that prevailed yesterday possible.”

“So we’re here to support bipartisan leadership on foreign aid,” the Arizona senator added.

“Thanks to all of you global citizens who have contacted us this year, you have texted, you have called, you have touched our hearts. Keep calling,” Flake said. (RELATED: Ingraham: Flake Sounded Like An Out-Of-Touch Narcissist)

After Coons’ next line, Flake said, “So feel free to join me in an elevator anytime,” referring to the protesters who confronted him on Friday.

The republicans need to shun this moron

ObamaPhone program may have wasted $336 million

The Lifeline telecom subsidy — more commonly called “Obamaphone” — program may have wasted $336 million of its 2017 budget, according to a federal audit.

A Federal Communications Commission’s (FCC) Inspector General released a report indicating an eight-fold increase of improper or fraudulent payments in the program from 2016 to 2017.

The FCC’s IG conducted the investigation in response to a May 2017 Government Accountability Office (GAO) report that found risks of fraud and wasted tax dollars in the Lifeline program. After the GAO report and a stricter 2017 audit, the Lifeline program was seen to have wasted nearly 22 percent, compared to less than three percent from the previous year.

Additionally, the GAO reported that 69 percent of Lifeline beneficiaries’ eligibility for the program had not been verified.

Know who needs an Investigation?...The Democrat Party
