At least 27 states tell Trump "NO"

Trump appointed Kris Kobach, the Secretary of State of Kansas to head his voter fraud commission. Kansas is one of the 27 states that is not turning over Social Security data on voters to Kobach's commission. Since Kris Kobach is the Chief Election Officer in Kansas, Kobach has denied his own request.

The Definitive Collection of Every Trump Lie

since Inauguration Day:

Oh those lying Republicans!

A federal magistrate has fined Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach $1,000 for presenting misleading arguments in a voting-related lawsuit, but won’t permit — for now — the release of a policy memo Kobach prepared for President-elect Donald Trump.

U.S. Magistrate Judge James O’Hara issued the ruling Friday in a lawsuit challenging a Kansas law requiring voters to present proof of U.S. citizenship when they register.

O’Hara said Kobach and his legal team “made patently misleading representations to the court” about the memo Kobach was photographed taking into a Nov. 20 meeting with Trump as well as another document proposing changes to the National Voter Registration Act, better known as the motor-voter law.

Putin Threatens to target our planes

Russia Issues Blunt Warning After Coalition Downs Syrian Jet

Russia has warned that it will consider U.S.-led coalition aircraft in Syria "aerial targets" after a U.S. fighter jet shot down a Syrian Air Force plane.

The threat from the Russian Defense Ministry, issued on June 19, stopped short of saying U.S. or other allied jets would be shot down but still represented a sharp increase in tensions.

The U.S.-led coalition said earlier that pro-government militiamen attacked units of U.S. partner forces known as the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF). It said the Syrian aircraft had dropped bombs on SDF positions and was shot down near Tabqa in the afternoon of June 18 "in accordance with rules of engagement and in collective self-defense of coalition-partnered forces."
