http://baltimore.cbslocal.com/2018/05/30/teens-indicted-for-officer-amy-caprio-death/

BALTIMORE COUNTY, Md. (WJZ) — The four teens arrested in connection with the death of Baltimore County police officer Amy Caprio have been indicted for her death.

Dawnta Harris, Eugene Genius, Derrick Matthews and Darrell Ward were indicted on several 19 charges, including first-degree murder, burglary and conspiracy to commit burglary.

Legal expert Adam Ruther says in Maryland, the murder charges in this case can apply to all four teens.

“If you’re involved with other people in the commission of a felony and someone dies while you’re committing that felony, then you can be culpable for murder just as if you committed a premeditated act,” he explains.

https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/washington-secrets/2020-trump-gains-on-democrats-stephen-miller-says-polls-better-than-in-2016-win

This includes POTA co-stars Oprah and Michelle Obama. Pervert Biden, octogenarian communist Sanders, and Native American Senator Spitting Bull also beat Trump.

Lightweights Corey Booker and Kamala Harris don't do so hot.

I predict Democrats will nominate someone who will lose to Trump.

Nobel prize nominee humanitarian Donald J. Trump approves right to try legislation

https://www.cnn.com/2018/05/30/politics/right-to-try-donald-trump/index.html

Washington (CNN) — President Donald Trump signed the "Right to Try Act" Wednesday, a measure aimed at helping terminally ill patients access drug treatments that are yet to be fully approved by the Food and Drug Administration.

Trump, at a White House ceremony surrounded by patients and families who will be affected by the legislation, said his administration "worked hard on this" but said repeatedly he didn't understand why it hadn't been done before.

The bill will give terminally ill patients the right to seek drug treatments that remain in clinical trials and "have passed Phase 1 of the Food and Drug Administration's approval process" but have not been fully approved by the FDA. Some opponents of the bill argue that the legislation won't change much but could have a detrimental effect on how the FDA safeguards public health.

People placed in cages during Obama era for Lefty's amusement

Why is Lefty showing these pics from during the Obama administration? Because they thought the pics were recent during Trump. Lefty cares about chickens in cages but not people.

https://www.yahoo.com/news/trump-praises-tomi-lahren-restaurant-134118261.html

President Donald Trump swiftly defended Tomi Lauren as an “outstanding and respected young woman” after the Fox News contributor said fellow diners at a restaurant pelted her with water and obscenities.

“Everybody is with Tomi Lahren, a truly outstanding and respected young woman!” Trump tweeted Wednesday morning, shortly after Lahren talked about her weekend experience at a Minneapolis restaurant on “Fox and Friends.”

ideo posted on social media shows Lahren getting heckled by diners at the restaurant, with some calling her a racist and yelling. As Lahren walks away, a woman appears to sling water at her back from a glass of water.

Lahren said the restaurant patrons’ behavior was “not something that I’m not used to,” and admitted it was embarrassing, especially with her mother there.

MS-13 gang member nicknamed Animal sentenced to 40 years

https://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2018/may/22/ms-13-gang-member-nicknamed-animal-gets-40-years/

An MS-13 member who goes by the gang name “Animal” received a 40-year prison sentence this week for a conspiracy that included the murder of a 15-year-old boy, the U.S. attorney’s office in Massachusetts said Tuesday.

The nickname, which the prosecutors highlighted in the headline of a press release, is particularly telling, coming just a week after President Trump called members of the violent, immigrant-fueled MS-13 gang “animals.”

Joel Martinez, 23, admitted he murdered the 15-year-old as part of his initiation as a “homeboy” in Mara Salvatrucha, the gang’s full name.

“I stabbed the culero three times,” Mr. Martinez said, according to prosecutors. “He stared at me and he asked me if I was going to, if I was going to stab him. I told him, ‘Yes, the Mara rules you.’”

Teen charged in death of Baltimore County officer; charging documents show ID of suspect, officer

http://www.baltimoresun.com/news/maryland/crime/bs-md-co-officer-killed-20180522-story.html

Baltimore County police said a 16-year-old has been arrested and charged in the death of a police officer on Monday, but three suspects are still being sought.

Court records show the teen is Dawnta Anthony Harris, of the 1600 block of Vincent Court, in the Gilmor Homes complex in West Baltimore. He is expected to appear in Towson district court for a bail review hearing Tuesday afternoon. He did not have an attorney listed in online court records.

Charging documents for Harris identify the officer as Amy Caprio. The department has only identified her as a four-year veteran assigned to the Parkville precinct.
