3. I built a Savage 110 Tactical w/ bull barrel in the .308 cartridge.

I did my homework on the most accurate round and found the .308 taking top honors for accuracy out to 700 ~ 800 meters. In particular the 168 grain Federal Premium Sierra Match King Gold Medal.

I fitted it with a Luepold M1 scope with 3/4 mil dot with .308 BDC turret that came with 3 other BDC turrets in other calibers.

Tossed the original stock and got a Choates sniper stock that had an adjustable elevation and that combined with a Harris swivel bipod w/ extending legs allowed me to consistently shoot sub 1/4 MOA.

The only issue I had was with the stock trigger. There were no after market upgrades, like a two stage, so I did the next best thing and polished the sear and catch surfaces followed up w/ silicone oil and adjusting the trigger pull to ~ 4lbs.

I could easily shoot 3 round groups in the space of a nickel at 100 yds.
