Tax form Indicates Podesta Put Kremlin-Tainted Shares In Daughter’s Company

Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta received a K1 income tax form indicating that he was a partner sharing income with Leonidio Holdings, according to emails released Sunday by WikiLeaks. Another form was made out to Podesta’s daughter, Megan Rouse, his partner in Leonidio Holdings.

Podesta has always maintained that he transferred his 75,000 shares from Joule Unlimited Technologies, a Kremlin-financed energy company, to an “anonymous” holding company named Leonidio Holdings. Not only does Leonidio share an address with Podesta’s daughter, Rouse, but they share a tax return.

The other beneficiaries are all in the family too.

A June 5, 2015 email from Rouse to John, Mae and Gabe Podesta reveals the following:

“Mae and Gabe, Please see attached K1 for Leonidio. You can use this to complete your 2014 tax return. We will each report 1/3 share of what’s on the form. Mom and Pa, Please see attached K1 showing the distribution to Leonidio.”

EDIT: To add pertinent Wikileak link

Podesta To Mills: "We Are Going To Have To Dump All Those Emails"

In today's, 25th, Wikileaks release of hacked Podesta emails, one of the notable highlights is a March 2, 2015 exchange between John Podesta and Clinton aide Cheryl Mills in which the Clinton Campaign Chair says "On another matter....and not to sound like Lanny, but we are going to have to dump all those emails."

The email, which may indicate intent, was sent at the same time as the NYT story "Hillary Clinton Used Personal Email Account at State Dept., Possibly Breaking Rules" - which for the first time revealed the existence of Hillary's email server - hit, and just days before Hillary's press conference addressing what was at the time, the stunning revelation that she had a personal email account, and server, in her home.

The proposed "dumping" on March 2 takes place two days before the House Select Committee on Benghazi sent Hillary Clinton a document retention subpoena on March 4, 2015, with some hinting the NYT report may have served to tip off the Clinton campaign about the upcoming subpoena.

Mills' response to Podesta: "Think you just got your new nick name."

It is unclear which "Lanny" is referred to: the infamous former DOJ staffer Lanny Breuer who quit in January 2013 after telling Frontline that some banks are too big to fail, or, more likely Lanny Davis, special counsel to President Bill Clinton, and spokesperson for the President and the White House on matters concerning campaign-finance investigations and other legal issues

This WikiLeaks Email Proves Cheryl Mills And Hillary Clinton Lied To The FBI

Hillary Clinton didn’t even turn over her server to the FBI until August 12, 2015.

Therefore, if Mills wasn’t asked to turn over documents before March 18, then how on Earth was she able to state the following on March 2, 2015? Here’s the WikiLeaks email with the subject reading “Fwd: POTUS on HRC emails”:

Date: 2015-03-07 21:41 Subject:

Fwd: POTUS on HRC emails

we need to clean this up – he has emails from her – they do not say

While attempting to cover up the fact President Obama had to have known about Clinton’s server (since there was no on Clinton’s email) Mills also undermines any claim at attorney-client privilege.

Cheryl Mills clearly states her concerns about Clinton’s private server on March 7, 2015.

Here’s What Probably Led to Blow Up During Cheryl Mills’ FBI Interview

During the deposition, Mills’ attorney, Beth Wilkinson, objected to a number of questions on the basis of attorney-client privilege and instructed Mills not to answer various questions. It was further explained that Clinton left the State Department in 2013, she then hired Mills to serve as part of her personal legal team. In that capacity, Mills claimed she helped coordinate Clinton’s response to the demand that she return her emails to the State Department. Therefore, Mills would claim attorney-client privilege prevented her from answering questions about how they decided to turnover documents.

However, Mills could not claim attorney-client privilege covered information she learned during her time as Clinton’s Chief of Staff. So, as Shannen Coffin, a former DOJ attorney, recently explained in an article at the Weekly Standard, “To fix that problem, Mills conveniently claimed that she did not know anything about Clinton’s email setup during her tenure at the State Department and only learned of relevant facts in her later capacity as Mrs. Clinton’s personal lawyer.”

This essentially allowed Mills to claim attorney-client privilege covered any question, so long as Mills either first learned the information or refreshed her recollection about the information in her capacity as part of Clinton’s legal team, after leaving the State Department.

The Curious Case of Cheryl Mills
Why did the DOJ coddle a witness in the Clinton email investigation?

Mills's knowledge of facts learned while serving in a non-legal capacity at the State Department could not possibly be protected by an attorney-client privilege. To fix that problem, Mills conveniently claimed that she did not know anything about Clinton's email setup during her tenure at the State Department and only learned of relevant facts in her later capacity as Mrs. Clinton's personal lawyer. Mills's implausible claim she was unaware of the nature of Clinton's email setup during her tenure at State is undermined by documents showing that Mills was deeply involved as chief of staff in resolving questions regarding Clinton's email use. A March 2009 memo addressed to Mills from the assistant secretary for diplomatic security, for instance, advised against Clinton and her staff using BlackBerry devices in the executive suite, known as "Mahogany Row," because it was a secure area. Similarly, an August 2011 email chain addressed "communications issues" flagged by Mills, including a suggestion from State Department IT officials (later rejected by Huma Abedin) regarding the possibility of a State-issued BlackBerry for Clinton.

Even more specious is Mills's assertion that certain facts she became aware of as Clinton's chief of staff—such as why she knew that Clinton had transitioned her email to a address very early in her tenure—were off-limits because she had "refreshed her recollection" as to those facts during her time representing Clinton in the private sector. Mills could only "refresh" her recollection because she had knowledge of those facts during her tenure as Clinton's chief of staff, putting those facts well beyond the protection of any privilege.

Especially given its criminal investigation into Clinton's email use, the Department of Justice had every reason to challenge an overbroad assertion of attorney-client privilege by a critical fact witness such as Mills. Indeed, Mills's very representation of Clinton in the criminal investigation raises question under both legal ethics standards and federal criminal law. 18 U.S.C. 207(a) makes it a crime for any former government employee to communicate with the government on certain matters "in which the person participated personally and substantially while in government."

Rather than contest Mills's questionable privilege claims, the Justice Department actually supported them. The Washington Post reported that when the FBI interviewers broached the question in her May interview of how the email server was set up, Mills and her lawyer walked out. Clinton and her lawyers had demanded that that topic be off-limits to the FBI because of Mills's more recent role as Clinton's lawyer. The Justice Department apparently agreed. Department lawyers were reportedly taken aback that their FBI colleague had ventured beyond what was anticipated.

NOTE: All this was taken from an original post at Go read the entire post to see how well it all fits together. When Comey first said 'intent' couldn't be proven he was 'WRONG'. The intent to cover Hellery's lies and sneaky unethical behavior by Hellery and all her little acolytes is open, obvious, and there for every honest person to see/

Subject: Gunmen try to assassinate head of Libyan army (AP)

TRIPOLI (AP) - A spokesman for Libya's military says gunmen tried to kill the head of the army in a bold

daylight attack in the country's capital.
Infantry spokesman Sgt. Abdel-Razik el-Shibahy says the army chief of staff was in a convoy Saturday
traveling from his home in Tripoli to the military headquarters when a group of armed men at a fake checkpoint

tried to stop them.
He says Gen. Khalifa Hifter's convoy swerved from the checkpoint and drove over a nearby bridge where
they were shot at by two gunmen positioned on the other side.

The spokesman says no one in the convoy was harmed and that soldiers arrested the two gunmen, who are in
military custody for questioning.
Hifter's son, Belgasim, blamed a rival group of ex-rebel fighters.

Clinton Global Initiative made secret deal with Big Pharma to keep AIDS drug prices high

in 'rich' countries. This won't make a difference in the outcome of the election but it shows how foul a (*^$# Hellery is and how there's nothing to low that they won't sink to to pad their own nests.

In a way, this is like the pay-to-play politics the family slush fund is already know for except this time they're screwing really sick people.

We were taken by surprise by President Clinton’s comments on world AIDS day and wish that someone had consulted with us before he made these comments. As you will see when you read this memo, we think that publicly pressuring the US and European AIDS drug companies to lower prices and bringing pressure to allow generic AIDS drugs into the United States will have limited if any success and could seriously jeopardize our negotiations to continually lower prices in poor countries. We also believe that there are other more impactful ways to address the US AIDS crisis today.

We have always told the drug companies that we would not pressure them and create a slippery slope where prices they negotiate with us for poor countries would inevitably lead to similar prices in rich countries. If we were going to change our view on this, we should have informed the companies before President Clinton went public with his statement and attempted to negotiate a way for them to participate in and get credit for whatever steps we could have persuaded them to take to help the crisis in the states. We might or might not have been successful in getting them to do something, but we believe the chances of success would have been higher than by trying to pressure them through a public campaign. It has taken us many years to build positive relationships with these companies while at the same time pushing them to continually lower their prices. We will now have to try to repair these relationships.

Since President Clinton’s comments were made, we have been contacted by a number of advocacy groups who are now intending to wage a public campaign to bring in generics and lower drug prices. We do not feel we can participate in this without jeopardizing our work around the world. We cannot oppose what they might do, but we also cannot be publicly supporting it either. This campaign will not get started until January, so we have some time to figure out and act upon our own strategy.

If we do try to do something in this area, we suggest that we approach the innovator companies that can currently sell products in the US with the idea of making donations to help clear the ADAP lists. For a variety of reasons, the companies will likely favor a donation approach rather than one that erodes prices across the board. I would guess that they would also likely favor a solution that involved their drugs rather than an approach that allowed generic drugs from India to flood the US market at low prices or one that set a precedent of waiving patent laws on drugs. This will be complicated to work out, but it might be possible. We would have to initiate discussions with multiple state health officials as well as HHS in addition to talking with the drug companies. If President Clinton wishes for us to be proactive, we suggest that we try a cooperative approach first. We can go to war with the US drug companies if President Clinton would like to do so, but we would not suggest it. Whatever we decide, we need to make a decision quickly and President Clinton and CHAI need to be in synch. I do not think it is a good idea for President Clinton to be taking one position and CHAI another.

Such fucking scum. All of them. You don't get any lower than this.

Donald Trump Calls for Debate Co-Chairman to Step Down

Donald J. Trump demanded on Monday that the Republican co-chairman of the Presidential Commission on Debates step down, intensifying a clash that could precipitate Mr. Trump’s withdrawal from the third and final debate in Las Vegas next week.

The move followed an extraordinary backstage confrontation on Sunday night between Mr. Trump’s campaign and the commission co-chairman, Frank Fahrenkopf Jr., who blocked Mr. Trump from giving his V.I.P. box seats to a group of women who have accused former President Bill Clinton of making unwanted sexual advances.

The situation de-escalated only after the commission threatened to call security to remove the women if they tried to sit in the box, where they would have been right next to Mr. Clinton and in Hillary Clinton’s line of sight from the stage — a spectacle that Mr. Trump and his top advisers tried to engineer for maximum shock effect just as tens of millions of people would be tuning in from around the world.

“He said, ‘I will get security and yank them out of there,’” said one Republican with firsthand knowledge of the episode.

Geeze, he's a fucking walking natural disaster.

So....this is the best the right could do against the Clinton creature?
